How Can Extreme Tightness In The Breast be Treated?
Hello I Have this terrible tightness under my breast when i lie down, it is so uncomfortable that i find it impossible to lie on my back- it is only when i turn on to my side that i can get a bit of ease, i have had this for many years and wonder if it could be an hernia of some kind - i would truly love to get a good night s sleep( I am by the way a woman of 68) and have had this condition since i was in my late twenties!! can you help please?

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and get evaluated.
